The directors of the film “Bad Boys for Life” will take on Ms. Marvel.

The director’s duo – Moroccans Adil El Arbi and Bilal Falla – have successfully revived the Bad Boys franchise with the film “Bad Boys for Life”. The film has grossed over $425 million this year. Since the coronavirus pandemic has closed cinemas for several months, this result is the highest in 2020. In addition, the duo has signed a deal with Netflix to direct “Beverly Hills Cop 4”.

At the moment, according to The Hollywood Reporter, El Arbi and Falla have been appointed directors of the TV series Ms. Marvel. The heroine of the series is Kamala Khan, the first Muslim superheroine, whose name appears in the title of the comic. One of her unique abilities is the ability to transform her body.

Earlier, the head of the Marvel studio, Kevin Feige, said that Kamala Khan could not only be the heroine of the series but also appear in the upcoming feature films. The studio is currently looking for an actress for the role who can reveal the identity of Ms. Marvel, a Pakistani American raised in a religious New Jersey family who is struggling to find her way in life.
