The card of seven-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady sold for a record $1.32 million

The previous record was held by a card signed by Patrick Mahomes, which sold for $861,000 in February.

The card of the player of the club of the North American National Football League (NFL) “Tampa Bay Buccaneers” Tom Brady sold at auction for a record $1.32 million. This was reported on the Instagram of the auction house PWCC Marketplace.

The player’s autograph card was issued in 2000 when Brady made his NFL debut with the New England Patriots. The buyer was James Parker.

“I’ve lived in Boston for 10 years, so I’m a big Brady fan,” Parker said. “His last Super Bowl win was just an eye-popping achievement. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved collecting cards. Given Brady’s undisputed status, this card is an important part of sports history and any collection.”

The previous record was held by an autographed card of Kansas City Chiefs player Patrick Mahomes, which sold for $861,000 in February.

Brady is 43 years old and holds the record for the most Super Bowl Finals wins – seven times. Brady was named the most valuable player of the final game five times and the most valuable player of the regular season three times.
