The authorities of cities and States calling on the demonstrators to pass a test to COVID-19

In Florida, there is an increase in the incidence of diseases after the start of protests in connection with the death of George Floyd.

Authorities across the country are urging protesters in connection with the death of George Floyd to take tests for COVID-19 after a week of street marches and close contact with each other.

“Take the test!” urged New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, adding that the state is opening 15 new testing centers.

He said that people should not take risks.

“I would act as if I had been exposed to a virus. I would tell people with whom contact: it is assumed that the test is positive for the virus,” said Cuomo.

State and city leaders in Atlanta, San Francisco, and Seattle have made similar calls to pass the tests.
