The American ship fired 30 shots because of maneuvers of the Iranian boats

US Coast Guard ships fired dozens of warning shots on Monday because of the maneuvers of Iranian ships in the Strait of Hormuz, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby told reporters. “After following all appropriate and appropriate procedures… The ship Malley of US Coast Guard’s fired approximately 30 rounds from a machine gun…. after the second round of warning shots, 13 fast-moving combat boats of the IRGC Navy did not communicate,” Kirby said, adding that the Iranian ships made “unprofessional maneuvers” near six US ships.
