The aircraft with 115 passengers collided with a flock of birds in Kazakhstan

The plane of the Kazakh airline SCAT collided with a flock of large birds after flying from the city of Atyrau in western Kazakhstan to Nur-Sultan, the plane returned safely to the airport, no injuries were reported, the airline’s press service reported.

“During the flight Atyrau – Nur-Sultan, during the climb, a flock of large birds (presumably geese or ducks) flew into the aircraft. The aircraft commander decided to return to the port of departure. on your own, ” the air carrier said in a statement.

According to the company, the plane with 115 passengers landed 12 minutes after departure.
