Tesla on autopilot crashed into a police car

Another road accident in the United States did not happen without the participation of a Tesla vehicle. This time in Orlando, Florida.

Patrolmen parked their car to assist the driver whose car broke down. It is noted that the stop was made in accordance with all the requirements.

After a while, a Tesla crashed into the left side of the patrol vehicle. But the car did not stop and caught a broken car, the driver of which was assisted by the patrolmen. As a result of the accident, the drivers of Tesla and the broken car escaped with injuries. The patrolmen were not injured.

The culprit of the accident shifts all the blame to the operation of the automatic piloting system. So far, his words can neither be proven nor disproved. Note that drivers in such cases often blame the autopilot for everything. At the same time, just as often during the course of the investigation, it turns out that their words do not correspond to reality.
