Information has appeared on the network more than once that Xiaomi is preparing to release a 5G version of the Redmi Note 9 and Redmi Note 9 Pro smartphones. Both new products have now passed TENAA certification in China.
In the database, the agency published photos and detailed specifications of the devices. So, the younger model Redmi Note 9 (cover photo) comes with the number M2007J22C. The device will receive a 6.53-inch IPS FHD + display, a 13-megapixel front camera, and the main one with three sensors and a 48-megapixel main sensor. The novelty should be powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 22.5 W fast charging, and the MediaTek Dimensity 800U chip paired with 4/6/8 GB of RAM will be responsible for the smartphone’s performance.
The top model Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, in turn, will be equipped with a 120-Hz FHD + IPS-screen of 6.67-inches, a 4820 mAh battery with 33-watt charging, a Snapdragon 750G chip and the main camera with a 108 MP main sensor. By the way, the certification confirms that the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G will be similar to the global version of the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite smartphone.

Xiaomi has not yet announced the presentation date for new products. Most likely, smartphones will be presented in the coming weeks.
