British actor Andrew Jack has died in London. This is reported by Metro.
It is clarified that the artist from “Star Wars” died due to complications caused by a coronavirus. He was 76 years old.
“Andrew lived on one of the oldest working boats on the Thames. He was very independent, but he was madly in love with his wife, Gabrielle Rogers. Unfortunately, she was stuck in quarantine in Australia last week.
She could not see or speak to him in the last hours of his life, and there is a possibility that the funeral will not take place,” said a statement from the actor’s representative, Jill McCullough.
Jack not only acted in films, but also worked as a speech teacher: he collaborated with Robert Downey Jr. and Pierce Brosnan, and developed accents for the Greeks and Trojans in the film “Troy.” Among the most famous films and TV series with his participation are “Kate and Leopold,” “Home doctor,” “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” and “Solo: Star Wars Story.”
On March 26, it became known that 69-year-old actor Mark Bloom died due to the coronavirus. He was known for the TV series “The Sopranos” and “The Good wife.”
