Sony has introduced an inexpensive compact smartphone Xperia Ace 2

Sony has announced a new generation of compact smartphone-Xperia Ace 2 turned out to be an inexpensive device with not the most modern characteristics, according to GSMArena.

The smartphone received a 5.5-inch IPS display with a low HD+resolution. The screen is covered with Gorilla Glass 6, and the case itself (protected from dust and moisture according to the IP68 standard) is completely made of plastic. The Xperia Ace 2 runs on a budget MTK Helio P35 chip, the only 4/64 GB version can be expanded with a microSD card.

The main camera unit includes two sensors-the main 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel bokeh. Xperia Ace 2 received a fingerprint scanner in the power button and a 4500 mAh battery. The first market where the smartphone will go on sale will be Japan. There, the Sony Xperia Ace 2 will be offered from May 28 for 22 thousand yen.
