Second Trump – Biden debate canceled

The third round of debates is scheduled for October 22.

The Commission on presidential debates reported that the second round of debates with US presidential candidates Donald Trump and Joe Biden, which was scheduled for October 15 and was supposed to be held in Miami, will not take place.

As indicated in the Statement of the Commission, it decided to hold a debate in a virtual format “for the sake of the health and safety of all involved.” Still, both election headquarters offered their own options.

“It is now clear that there will be no debate on October 15, and the Commission is focusing on preparing for the last presidential debate, scheduled for October 22,” the statement said.
This debate will be held in Nashville, Tennessee: “both candidates have agreed to participate in the debate on October 22.”
