School children in the United States will require wearing bracelets to identify contacts with infected COVID-19

Students of one of the schools in the United States were required to wear sensors to monitor contacts with COVID-19 patients. The Daily Mail newspaper reports this.

This is a high school in the city of Eatonville, Washington. The sensors are electronic bracelets that are attached to the legs. The order of the school administration affected the participants and coaches of high school sports teams.

The bracelet warns students when they get too close to each other or are near a coronavirus-infected patient. Parents of students said that their children were wearing something resembling a tracker to monitor criminals under house arrest

Their angry comments appeared on social networks. “Ankle monitors are designed for criminals, not for children,” said one of the mothers. “Only over my dead body. My children will not participate in this, and I may well take them out of school,” wrote another.
