Samsung is preparing to release the Galaxy F42 5G

Samsung has presented a huge number of budget smartphones in recent months, but it seems that the company is not going to stop there and is already preparing another novelty.

We are talking about the Galaxy F42 5G smartphone. Our colleagues from SamMobile noticed the device in the Bluetooth SIG database. The gadget is mentioned in the document along with Galaxy A22 5G (SM-A226B), Galaxy Buddy (SM-A226L), and Galaxy Wide 5 (SM-E426S). Apparently, this is one and the same device, but with different names for different markets.

The characteristics of the Galaxy F42 5G will most likely be the same as the Galaxy A22 5G. That is, the smartphone will receive a 6.6-inch FHD + IPS-screen with a frequency of 90 Hz, a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip paired with 4/6/8 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of ROM, a 48 MP + 5 MP (wide-angle) + 2 main camera MP (depth sensor) and 5000 mAh battery with 15 W charging.

The Galaxy F42 5G announcement should take place in the near future.
