Samsung Galaxy Watch will lose the included charging

With the release of the Galaxy S21 smartphones, Samsung has removed charging devices from the boxes. It looks like a similar situation will be with the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch Active 4 smartwatches.

Both new items were noticed in the database of the Chinese certification agency 3C. The Galaxy Watch Active 4 is numbered SM-R860 (39mm) and SM-R870 (43mm), while the Galaxy Watch 4 is numbered SM-R880 (41mm) and SM-R890 (45mm). According to the documents, the new items will be delivered without a charger. In addition, the certification revealed that the watch will receive support for 5-watt wireless charging.

Recall that the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch Active 4 will be running a proprietary 5-nanometer SoC. The watch is also credited with thin bezels around the displays, aluminum, and stainless steel cases, as well as the Wear OS operating system, which integrates Tizen OS.

According to an insider, Samsung has already launched mass production of the watch. Therefore, new items should be presented in the coming months.
