Realme will release a special version of the GT flagship with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor

At the end of the presentation of the flagship Realme GT 5G, the head of the company Xu Qi Chase announced that another smartphone from this series will be released in the near future.

The device will be called Realme GT Neo. The novelty will most likely get the same appearance as the regular model, but it will differ in the “stuffing”. Instead of Snapdragon 888, the device will receive SoC MediaTek Dimensity 1200.

For those who are not in the know, this is a 6nm eight-core processor, which was announced at the end of January. The chip has three Cortex-A78 cores at 2.6 GHz, one Cortex-A78 core at 3.0 GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz. In addition, it has a Mali G77 MC9 graphics accelerator, an APU 3.0 module for processing AI functions, and a 5G modem.

Unfortunately, there are no other details about the Realme GT Neo yet. We can only assume that the smartphone will cost less than $ 448 (starting price of Realme GT 5G).
