Saleh has denied reports of his flight from the country

The vice-president of Afghanistan in the administration of President Ashraf Ghani, who fled the country, Amrullah Saleh, who declared himself president, denied that he had left the country.

Earlier, the Indian TV channel Times Now reported that Saleh left for Tajikistan together with the leaders of the Panjshir resistance.

“Reports that I have left the country and am outside Afghanistan are propaganda of the enemy. I am in Panjshir,” Saleh said in a video message published by the Tolo News channel.
