S Pen stylus not included with Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

WinFuture has shared new details about the flagship Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. More precisely, about the S Pen stylus, which will support the smartphone.

We will remind, the representative of the Galaxy S series for the first time will receive support for the proprietary stylus, which previously could only boast folding devices and flagship Galaxy Note. But in the Galaxy S21 line, only the older model – Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra – will have a stylus.

More precisely, the S Pen will not be bundled with the smartphone, but it can be purchased separately. The price of the issue is 40 euros, as is the case with last year’s Note 20.

There will be no compartment in the smartphone for the stylus either. Where, then, should it be stored? The WinFuture edition showed special cases with a pocket for an electronic pen. Here it can be charged from the flagship itself. Of course, the stylus does not need a battery charge for its initial tasks, but it will be possible to control the smartphone camera with it. It also recognizes gestures and pressing force, and this already requires sensors, a connection via Bluetooth and, accordingly, a built-in battery.

Thus, the stylus will be as close as possible to a similar accessory for the Galaxy Tab S7 tablet. We will find out more details at the official presentation, which will take place on January 14.
