Ronaldo is the second in history to score 100 goals for the national team

Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo became the second player in history to score 100 goals or more for a national team.

Ronaldo scored his 100th goal for Portugal in the Nations League match against Sweden on Tuesday. For the 35-year-old, this is the 165th game for the national team.

More than Ronaldo for the national team in the history of football was scored only by the retired Iranian Ali Daei, who scored 109 goals.
