At the beginning of the week, Xiaomi presented a new fitness tracker Mi Band 6. Competitors do not sleep, so Huawei, skipping the number “5”, is ready to present its new product – Band 6.
With the help of promotional materials, the detailed characteristics of the bracelet became known, and there are already images. And judging by them, the Huawei Band 6 will be nothing more than a rebranding of the Honor Band 6.
So, the fitness tracker will be equipped with a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with narrow bezels. Moreover, the screen will be 1.5 times larger than that of the previous Huawei Band 4. Its lightweight body (only 18 g) and a silicone strap for any weather complement it. There are black, orange, green and pink colors to choose from.
It claims support for 96 sports modes, a blood oxygen sensor, 24-hour heart rate monitoring, and sleep and stress monitoring.
In addition, Huawei Band 6 will receive NFC for contactless payments and will be able to work from a single charge up to 14 days. The charging here is magnetic.
Huawei has not yet announced an official date for the Band 6 announcement, but the fitness tracker has already launched in Malaysia and will go on sale soon. Its price in Malaysia is about $ 53, and sales will start tomorrow, April 4th.
