Reports of the shooting were checked at the U.S. Air Force Base in Ohio

The threat at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio has been removed after checking reports of a shooting, the 88th wing of the base said on Twitter.


“Everything is clear. Wright-Patterson Air Force Base announced the cancellation of the alarm. The cordon has been lifted. When more information becomes available, we will share it,” the message says.


Earlier, the 88th wing of the base reported that they received reports of shooting at the National Center for Air and Space Intelligence in Zone A of Wright-Patterson Air Base. Security forces began checking the information and temporarily closed the facility.
