German insider Roland Quandt (Roland Quandt) continues to “merge” information on the network yet unrepresented smartphones. This time, he published high-quality renders and specifications of the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5.
As expected earlier, the device will look similar to its predecessor. The novelty will receive a plastic case with protection from water IP68 and shock MIL-STD 810G. The device will be equipped with a small 5.3-inch display with LCD-matrix and a resolution of 1480 × 720 pixels.
The Galaxy XCover 5 will be powered by a proprietary eight-core Exynos 850 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. By the way, it can be expanded with a memory card. The smartphone will receive support for two SIM. Also, the novelty will be equipped with a 3000 mAh battery, a 5 MP front camera, a single 16 MP f / 1.8 main camera, a USB-C port, an NFC module and a GPS. The device will receive dimensions of 147.1 × 71.6 × 9.2 mm and a weight of 172 grams.
Galaxy XCover 5 should be presented in Europe in the coming days. The device will be sold in one color and with a price tag of about 300 euros.
