Redmi Note 8 Pro and POCO F2 Pro started receiving MIUI 12.5

This time, the popular Redmi Note 8 Pro and POCO F2 Pro models received a new version of the software. In the case of Redmi Note 8 Pro, the update came out with the number V12.5.1.0.RGGCNXM. It is based on Android 11. The firmware has started to be distributed to devices in China. In other regions, the system will be released a little later.

POCO F2 Pro, in turn, received software with build number V12.5.1.0.RJKEUXM. The update began to be distributed to smartphones in Europe (EEA region).

As for the list of changes, it is the same for both models. The devices received a slightly redesigned interface, improved animation, new live wallpapers and system sounds, advanced privacy settings and much more.
