Realme unveils MagDart magnetic charging ecosystem

Realme, as promised, held an event on August 3, at which it introduced its proprietary MagDart magnetic charging technology (similar to Apple’s MagSafe).

The manufacturer showed two chargers, accessories and the Realme Flash concept device. It is the first Android smartphone to support magnetic charging.

The device has a glass body, a Snapdragon 888 chip, a triple camera and a 4500 mAh battery. With 15W MagDart Basic Charge, it can be charged up to 100% in 90 minutes. This charger is only 3.9 mm thick.

As for the top version of MagDart, it received a power of 50 W, a cooling system and a USB-C port. Thanks to it, you can charge Realme Flash in just 54 minutes. By the way, in addition to Realme Flash, magnetic charging is also supported by the current flagship Realme GT, but for this you have to buy a special case for it.

Along with the MagDart charger, Realme also showed a MagDart Power Bank magnetic battery with a docking station, a MagDart Beauty Light magnetic case with a flip-up flash of 60 LEDs and a MagDart Wallet that can be used as a stand. It holds three credit cards.

Unfortunately, the prices and the date of the start of sales of new products have not yet been disclosed by Realme.
