Realme launched a beta testing program for a new shell with Android 11

Realme has announced a testing program for the Realme UI 2.0 proprietary shell for the Realme 7 Pro smartphone.

Anyone can apply to participate in the beta test. To do this, go to the device settings, and in the “Software update” section, click on the gear icon. Then find the item “Trial version” and fill out the form. After that, the moderators will check the information and test firmware with build number RMX2170_11_C.09 and weighing 3.6 GB will be available for download. If you want to participate in the testing, you will have to hurry up since the number of places is limited.

According to the official roadmap, the next devices to receive the Realme UI 2.0 test build will be the Realme 6 Pro, Realme 7, Realme Narzo 20 Pro, and Realme X2 Pro smartphones.

Recall that the Realme UI 2.0 shell is based on the Android 11 operating system and is similar to ColorOS 11. It has an updated interface, advanced Always-On Display settings, a dark theme with three shades of black, bubble notifications, a redesigned multimedia panel, a new operating model with multiple applications, and more.
