Realme announced the presentation date of Realme 8

Realme has been stirring up interest in the new line of Realme 8 smartphones for some time now. And finally, the date of the official presentation has been announced.

Realme has posted a video starring Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme India and Europe. He drives a sports car at the Buddha International Circuit in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

At 1:43, the video confirms the date of the event – March 24. And between 2:06 and 2:16 am Madhav Sheth promises to show on this day the brand’s first smartphone with a 108-megapixel camera.

The new lineup is expected to include the Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro models. Both of the main cameras include four modules. They look the same – with the big “Dare To Leap” text that we recently saw on the Realme X7 Pro. But only the older Realme 8 Pro will be equipped with a 108-megapixel camera sensor.

In addition, the CEO of Realme posted on social media a photo of the packaging that reveals some of the specs of the regular Realme 8: a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, a MediaTek Helio G95 processor, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 30W charging.
