Queen Elizabeth was first shown the daughter of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry

Queen Elizabeth, who recently held a celebration in honor of her birthday, saw her great-granddaughter for the first time. Baby Lilibet was born a couple of weeks ago in the family of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Now the girl is still small, but many intrigues are already woven around her: for example, some media outlets said that the queen did not know at all that her great-granddaughter would be named in her honor.

The other day it became known that Her Majesty first saw Lilibet. The star parents of the baby did not have to fly to London for this: they rushed to show the newborn to their grandmother on Instagram.

As it turned out, Elizabeth was delighted with the beauty of the child, according to The Mirror.

“Harry and Megan were very excited, so they were in a hurry to show Elizabeth the new-born baby,” – says an insider.

Harry is due to fly to Britain shortly to unveil a monument to his mother. It is possible that Megan and her daughter will fly with him, because the rest of the royal family have not seen Lilibet yet.
