Russian President Vladimir Putin wrote an article on the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War.

The material will be published in the German edition.

In addition, on June 22, the President will lay flowers at the Grave of the Unknown Soldier and deliver a speech. Before that, on June 21, he will meet with members of the State Duma in the Kremlin, and during the week he will hold a meeting with members of the government.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee of Russia opened criminal cases against residents of several regions of the country, as well as citizens of Ukraine, who tried to publish photos of the Nazis on the website of the “Immortal Regiment.”
