Paris Saint-Germain intends to extend the contract with striker Kilian Mbappé. The contract expires in the summer of 2022.
As Telefoot reported on Twitter, the French club also considers alternatives if the player leaves the team. The Parisians are looking to replace their star with three forwards – Lionel Messi (Barcelona), Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur) and Mohamed Salah (Liverpool).
It is noted that the sports director of PSG Leonardo wants to get the Argentinean for a long time, and the head coach Mauricio Pochettino, with whom he is familiar from work in Tottenham, wants to see the Englishman in the team.
Mbappe has been playing for PSG since 2017. This season, the 22-year-old striker took part in 27 matches of the French championship, scored 21 goals (5 – from the penalty spot) and gave 7 assists.
