Protected smartphone Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 appeared on the render and passed certification

We already wrote that Samsung is preparing a new model of the line of protected smartphones – Galaxy XCover 5. Recently, an insider revealed its characteristics, and now the new product has passed Bluetooth SIG certification and appeared on the render.

In the Bluetooth SIG database, the regular version of the smartphone is numbered SM-G525F, and the dual SIM version is SM-G525F_DS. Only the LTE variant is listed here, but a 5G model is also rumored. Certification may mean an imminent release of the device.

The rendered Galaxy XCover 5 was shared by renowned insider Evan Blass. It depicts a smartphone with thick bezels around the screen and one front camera sensor. The rear panel is unfortunately not shown.

According to the leak, the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 will receive a 5.3-inch display with HD + resolution (1600 × 900p), a 16 MP camera, a 5 MP front camera, an Exynos 850 processor, 4/64 GB of memory, a 3000 mAh battery with a USB port -C and 15 watt charging.
