Princes William and Harry will open the statue of Diana together

Prince William and Prince Harry, sons of Princess Diana, will unveil the statue of their mother together.

The official opening, which will take place on the 60th anniversary of the Princess of Wales, July 1, will be attended by a small number of people. Reported by the Daily Telegraph.

The unveiling of the statue of Princess Diana will take place in the gardens of Kensington Palace. Princes William and Harry will deliver their speeches, but the wives of the princes will not be able to see such a touching moment.

Prince Harry’s wife Meghan Markle is in the United States with her newborn daughter Lily and the eldest son Archie, and William’s wife, Kate Middleton, decided to stay at home and thus contribute to the reconciliation of the brothers.

It is known that Prince William insisted that his children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, see the statue of their grandmother on the eve of its official opening in a calm atmosphere. The design of the statue of Princess Diana is still under wraps.

We will remind, earlier we reported that Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge and wife of Prince William, could replace Prince Harry during the opening of the monument to the princes’ mother – Princess Diana.
