Joe Biden briefed the Israeli Prime Minister on the United States ‘ diplomatic engagement with countries in the region, including Egypt, Jordan, and Qatar, as well as with representatives of the Palestinian side. The White House added that the two leaders agreed to maintain close contacts between their administrations, including direct communication between the heads of diplomatic departments, defense ministers, and national security advisers. In addition, Biden and Netanyahu promised to maintain personal contact in the coming days on all issues related to the development of the situation.
