“Poor me”. Tramp at Christmas sits in the White House because of the “shutdown” of the government

The US President Donald Trump said he was sitting alone in the White House and waiting for the Democrats to agree on a budget for the construction of the wall on the border with Mexico and the US Congress will approve the financing of the US administration. He wrote on Twitter on December 24, when Protestants and Catholics celebrate Christmas eve-the day before Christmas.

“I’m all alone (poor me) in the White House waiting for the Democrats to come back and agree on vital border security,” Trump said. According to him, the time will come and the reluctance of the Democrats to agree will cost the United States more than the price of the wall at the border.

On December 22, the US government partially suspended work. This is due to the fact that the US lawmakers were unable to agree on funding for the construction of the wall on the border with Mexico and did not accept the budget of the Federal government. The state Department, the interior Ministry, the Ministry of justice and a number of other agencies have moved to a reduced mode of financing. Later, the Senate at the meeting on the temporary budget could not make a decision, a new meeting was scheduled for December 27.

White House representative Sarah Sanders said that because of the suspension of the government Trump will remain in Washington and will not go to his Villa in Florida.
