Poles and Czechs to appear in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition on August 10

The creators of Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition have presented a trailer for the upcoming Dawn of the Dukes expansion, which will be released early next week on August 10.

Two new European civilizations await players – Czechs and Poles. The former have the following unique units at their disposal: a Hussite wagon, a prototype of tanks, and a Gaufnitsa, an improved bombard. Whereas the Poles have a warrior with a coin, capable of splitting any armor with his hammer.

And of course the expansion will add three new campaigns:

  • “Olgerd and Keistut” for the Lithuanians opposing the knights of the Teutonic Order;
  • “Jadwiga” for the Poles, who must create a single Polish-Lithuanian state;
  • “Jan ižka” for the Czechs who need to defeat the troops of the Holy Roman Empire.

You can pre-order Dawn of the Dukes on Steam and Microsoft Store for 220 rubles and $ 10, respectively.
