Gazprom’s partners in the “Nord stream-2” project are required to break agreements on financing the construction of the gas pipeline within 30 days, head of the Polish antitrust regulator UOKiK Tomasz Chrostny said at a briefing on Wednesday in Warsaw.
“Yesterday we finished the investigation concerning the construction of the “Nord stream-2″ gas pipeline. We are talking about the construction without the consent of the Antimonopoly body of Poland,” said Chrostny.
“According to the decision of the Director of UOKiK, enterprises are obliged to terminate the contracts concluded for the construction of the “Nord stream-2″ gas pipeline,” Chrostny said. He specified that contracts must be terminated within 30 days.
