OPPO, as promised, has unveiled a new version of the OPPO Watch in China today.
The novelty received the prefix ECG in the name. This means that the watch has a sensor for measuring the electrocardiogram. The data is accurate to medical standards, the company said. Therefore, users can save them on the phone and then send them to the attending physician. Unfortunately, this is where all the differences between OPPO Watch ECG and regular OPPO Watch end.
The OPPO Watch ECG features the same 1.91-inch OLED display with 276x402p resolution and a 430mAh battery with VOOC Charge (0 to 100% in 75 min). The watch runs on the proprietary operating system ColorOS Watch, and the Snapdragon Wear 2500 chip paired with the proprietary Apollo 3 SoC is responsible for their performance. The watch is supplied with eSIM support and in a 46 mm steel case.
OPPO Watch ECG will go on sale in China soon, but you can pre-order it now for $ 366. When this version of the watch will appear on the global market, there is no information.
