OnePlus releases first update for OnePlus Watch and talks about future features

A week after the start of OnePlus Watch sales, the company’s developers released the first major software update for the watch.

The system came out with build number B.40 and some watch users have already started receiving it. The firmware contains a large list of fixes and improvements. For example, OnePlus has tweaked GPS, optimized the heart rate reading algorithm, and improved the wake-up function of the watch when you raise your hand. Also, the developers have fixed several minor bugs in the software, optimized the notification system and much more.

By the way, besides this, OnePlus also published a list of functions that will appear in the watch a little later:

  • Always-on Display
  • Remote camera control of Android smartphones
  • 12 hour time format
  • German, Italian, Spanish and Polish
  • More than 110 training modes
  • Smart watch faces

When all these innovations will appear in the watch, the company has not yet said.
