Oil prices fell due to China

According to data from the ICE exchange, the price of Brent oil fell below $ 71 per barrel.

October futures fell by 2.14 percent, to $ 70.8 per barrel. September WTI futures fell by 2.18 percent, to $ 68.3 per barrel.

Oil prices remain under pressure due to the coronavirus outbreak in China, where quarantine measures have been tightened in some provinces. This may impact demand in the country, which is the second-largest consumer of fuel in the world.
