Off the coast of the United States, a ship capsized, two people were killed

The ship capsized off the coast of the US San Diego; two people were killed, more than 20 people on board were taken to hospitals, according to the fire and rescue service.

“San Diego lifeguards and the fire and rescue service are at (National Monument Park) Cabrillo in connection with the incident with the capsized ship… 25 people were rescued from the water. Unfortunately, two (of them) died. 23 were taken to local hospitals,” the service said on Twitter.

As a representative of the service told CNN, most of the hospitalized injuries are not life threatening, but three require urgent medical attention.

The cause of the accident has not yet been reported.
