Nvidia beats Apple by making Fortnight available on Apple IOS with GeForce now

Tough Apple policies have prevented NVIDIA and Google from launching their GeForce Now and Stadia cloud gaming services on the App Store. Cupertinians want to control the games played by iOS users, and cloud gaming does not provide this opportunity. Yet companies have already found a workaround.

GeForce Now on iOS

The solution was the native iOS browser – Safari. Thanks to it, iPhone and iPad users can play games through GeForce Now. Now the service is in beta, but gamers already have access to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Destiny 2 Beyond Light, Shadow of the Tomb Raider and even Watch Dogs: Legion

The only limitation is that GeForce Now users on Safari will have to play with a gamepad.

Likewise, Fortnite will be able to return to iOS in a way. Recall that now Apple and Epic Games are squabbling in court over the removal of the battle royale from the App Store.

“We look forward to bringing Fortnite cloud streaming to mobile powered by GeForce NOW. Subscribers will soon be able to rate the game on iOS via Safari “
