New York mayor Bill De Blasio has entered the presidential race in the United States

New York mayor Bill De Blasio announced the entry into the presidential race in the United States, according to Bloomberg.

In his presidential campaign, 58-year-old de Blasio intends to focus on promoting major investments in education and health and reducing income inequality, as well as experience as the head of the largest city in the United States.

De Blasio stressed that he has a unique competence, allowing him to defeat incumbent President Donald Trump.

“I’m from New York. I have long known that Trump is a bully. This is not news to me or anyone else. And I know how to deal with it,” says De Blasio in the video announcing his candidacy.

“As President, I will take on the rich. I’ll take care of the big corporations. I will not rest until this government serves the workers. As the mayor of America’s largest city, I did so,” adds De Blasio.
