New Windows 11 feature revealed

In Windows 11, the system will remember the location of program windows on different monitors. This is reported by the publication Windows Latest.

According to journalists, users of operating systems from Microsoft have repeatedly asked the company through the Feedback Hub service to add an optimization function when connecting two or more monitors to a computer. As experts found out, in the new version of the OS, it will be possible to arrange the program windows in a certain sequence, which the system will remember. In this case, after turning off and then turning on the PC, the location of the windows on the monitors will be restored.

According to the disclosed data, the new option also implies fine-tuning of windows. By right-clicking on the “expand a window to full screen” radio button, the user will be able to choose exactly how this or that application will be located on the screen. In particular, you can put the windows next to each other, divide them horizontally, or display the windows of four different programs on the same screen.

“Enabling this feature can increase your efficiency when you want to manage windows when working with multiple programs,” the journalists noted.
