Nelly Korda won the Olympics in golf

American Nelly Korda became the champion of the Olympic Games in Tokyo in golf.

Nelly Korda, the daughter of the famous former Czech tennis player, Australian Open winner, and former world number two Petr Korda passed four rounds of the Olympic tournament in 267 strokes (-17 relative to the pair). The silver in the replay for the second place went to Mona Inami from Japan (268 strokes), the bronze is taken to New Zealand by Lydia Ko (268 strokes).

Nelly Korda has an older sister, Jessica, who also plays golf and has six victories on the stages of the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), and a younger brother, Sebastian, who is ranked 45th in the world tennis rankings and has won one tournament of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP).
