NBA has made a record number of exchanges in 30 years

Yesterday, March 25, the NBA had a deadline for exchanges. On the last day of exchanges in the league, a record was recorded for the number of transactions over the past 30 years, completed within 24 hours, according to ESPN & Stats.

So, before the deadline, 46 players immediately changed teams. The previous record was set in 2015 when 43 basketball players found a new job.

As a reminder, several major events took place on the last day of the exchanges. Renowned league veteran point guard Rajon Rondo has joined the Los Angeles Clippers, San Antonio Spurs, and LaMarcus Aldridge have agreed to buy out the contract. Victor Oladipo has decided to pursue a career at the Miami Heat, and the Boston Celtics have been strengthened by the French defender Evan Fournier.
