NBA game postponed due to the murder of a black man by police

The NBA regular season match between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Brooklyn Nets, scheduled for Monday, April 12, has been postponed due to the murder of a black man by police in suburban Minneapolis, insider Adrian Voinarovski reported on his Twitter page.

Dante Wright, 20, was shot dead yesterday in his car as he tried to hide from law enforcement officials. The incident sparked riots in Minnesota. The police stopped the car in which Wright was driving with his girlfriend. It turned out that the driver had a valid arrest warrant. Wright tried to leave, but one of the cops shot him. As a result, Wright died instantly.
