Nail, Spa and tattoo salons opened in New York

Nail salons, spas, and tattoo workshops opened on Monday in New York City amid an improving situation with the coronavirus, authorities said.

New York was until recently the epicenter of the coronavirus epidemic in the United States. In New York State, a total of 24,913 people died from the disease. During the worst days of the pandemic, more than 700 people died here every day, and more than 3,000 were admitted to hospitals.

As noted on the website of the Governor of the state of New York, the city has entered the third phase of opening businesses. The guide to the opening notes that we are talking about companies and services that do not concern hair care – this also applies to places of tattooing and piercing, massage salons, spas, cosmetology, nail care.

The premises can accommodate up to 50% of the total number of employees. All employees must wear masks.

At the same time, restaurant halls will remain closed to visitors. They are only allowed to sit at outdoor tables.
