Monica Bellucci starred for the cover of Vogue with her daughter Deva Cassel

Italian Vogue has presented a new issue, the main characters of which are 56-year-old Monica Bellucci and her 16-year-old daughter Virgo by Vincent Cassel. This is the first joint cover of the stellar mother and daughter – it was authored by photographer Rafael Panizza.

The issue came out with two cover options. On both, Monica and Virgo pose with similar hairstyles and identical emerald-colored dresses that fit the figure. In an interview with reporters, Bellucci said that the desire to make a joint cover came from the Virgin herself.

I asked my daughter why she wants us to film together. She gave me a wonderful answer: “Because the last time we filmed together, I was still in your belly (we are talking about a photo shoot of Monica Bellucci in her seventh month of pregnancy. – Ed.). Now, when I start on my own swimming, I want it to happen again,” said Monica.

In an interview with the publication, Bellucci also spoke about her relationship with her eldest daughter. The actress admitted that she and Virgo do not have contradictions, because she is very understanding about the desires and needs of her children.

I am an affectionate mother and try to accept all sides of the Virgo. She is very independent and free. Since the age of 13, she has flown herself and speaks five languages. Have you seen her look? She’s not afraid of anything, said Monica about the nature of the Virgo.

Recall that Virgo has been developing her modeling career for several years. The girl began with advertising campaigns for brands such as Dolce & Gabbana and Cartier, and in the fall of last year she made her debut on the cover of a glossy – she starred for the French Elle.

Last week, Virgo, along with the star mom and her 11-year-old sister Leoni flew to Portofino for work. In an Italian town, the girl took part in the filming of a new commercial for Dolce & Gabbana. Previously, the aspiring model has already appeared in advertisements for the fragrance of the same brand.
