Miners found a way to hack NVIDIA video cards

NVIDIA has recently started supplying the 30th generation Ampere GeForce RTX GPUs with mining protection. Such video cards received the LHR (Lite Hash Rate) prefix in the name. But the protection did not work for long.

Due to mining restrictions, LHR cards were not very popular with cryptocurrency miners. True, gamers did not understand them either, because in some countries the markup even exceeds 200%, that is, accelerators are three times more expensive than they should.

In the near future, sales of LHR adapters may grow due to the fact that miners have managed to increase the hash rate by almost 70%. According to the developers of the hacking utility, the achieved hash rate will be sufficient for the normal functioning of the cryptocurrency farm.

Moreover, the utility will enable users to independently adjust the hash rate of the video card. True, at your own peril and risk, tk. software developers cannot guarantee stable operation of the accelerator if the total computing power deviates from the default value.
