Michael Keaton will play Batman again after almost 30 years

Hollywood actor Michael Keaton will reprise his role as the superhero Batman after nearly 30 years in The Flash. The Wrap reports this concerning the artist’s casting agency ICM.

Filming began in London on Monday 19 April. It is noted that in March, Keaton doubted returning to his former role due to the COVID-19 pandemic. “I am alarmed. I follow the UK coronavirus situation more than anything else. Everything will depend on it, ” he said earlier in an interview with Deadline.

Michael Keaton first played the role of a superhero in 1989 in the film “Batman” directed by Tim Burton. In 1992, the actor returned to the role in the sequel “Batman Returns”.

In The Flash, Ben Affleck will also play Batman. This is because the action of the picture will take place in different time periods of the MCU. The project was directed by the director of the horror film “It” Andreas Muschetti. American artist Ezra Miller will play the Flash himself.
