Meteorologists predict the strengthening of the storm “Isaias” to the category of a hurricane

A tropical storm could hit Florida on Saturday.

US meteorologists warn that tropical storm Isaias may strengthen to a hurricane and hit the US East coast after Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

The US National hurricane center issued a tropical storm warning for parts of the East coast of Florida.

A tropical storm warning is also in effect for parts of Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The warning means that tropical storm conditions are possible within the specified zone within 48 hours.

According to the National hurricane center, Isaias is moving Northwest at a speed of 32 km / h, and its center should reach the Southeast of the Bahamas by Friday night.

The latest forecast map shows that “Isaias,” has strengthened to a category of hurricane, will hit the coast of Florida on Saturday afternoon, and move up the Atlantic coast.
