Messi makes twice as much money as Cristiano Ronaldo

According to the French newspaper L’Equipe, Lionel Messi’s salary at Barcelona is twice that of Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus.

Messi is said to make 124 million euros per season (before taxes), while the Juventus star earns only around 53 million euros per season.

Neymar is the third-largest player in world football with an annual salary of around 36 million euros at PSG.

El Mundo reported full details of Messi’s gigantic Barcelona contract a few months ago, which means he earned a total of € 555 million under the Argentine’s current contract between 2017 and 2020.

Since then, the Barça captain has worked on filing a lawsuit against the organization and Bartomeu and Tusquets for trying to ruin his reputation.
