Mercedes-Benz showed the interior of the electric sedan EQS

The company Mercedes-Benz, on the eve of the announcement of the premium electric sedan EQS, showed the interior of the novelty.

The main feature of the car’s interior is the 55-inch MBUX Hyperscreen OLED panel, which is located across the entire width of the cabin. Its length is 141 cm. It is covered with one-piece curved glass. According to the company, it is made at 650 degrees.

MBUX Hyperscreen combines three screens: one for the driver at 12.3 inches, one for the passenger at 12.3 inches and one in the center at 17.7 inches. There are no physical buttons on the panel, so all control is carried out using a sensor. The screens support tactile feedback and can sense pressure. Embedded air deflectors can be seen on the sides of the MBUX Hyperscreen.

The software is a proprietary system with AI. It will be able to study the habits of the driver and passenger, and then display the appropriate information and prompts on the displays. By the way, eight processors paired with 24 GB of RAM are responsible for the operation of MBUX Hyperscreen.

Of the interesting Mercedes-Benz EQS also has a projection screen, a panoramic roof in two sections, lighting throughout the cabin, massage seats, removable tablets in the headrests, as well as a Burmester audio system with 15 speakers with a total power of 710 watts.

The price tag and technical characteristics of the electric vehicle will be announced on April 15.
